All of us at West Valley Pet Clinic place our patient’s care above all else. That’s why we will continue to be here and serve our pets and clients during the pandemic.
In addition, our client’s health and safety is important, and we are doing what we can to protect you as well as our staff by increasing our diligence in disinfecting between visits and encouraging social distancing for now. We would request that if you have developed a cough or fever, to please stay home and seek medical care for yourself. We are happy to reschedule any appointments you have.
We are also offering several options to help protect you further.
1. Curbside check-in. Upon arrival to our clinic, call the receptionist (408-996-1155) and a technician will come out, take your pet’s history, then bring your pet into the clinic for their exam and procedures. Once evaluated, a doctor will call on your cell phone to discuss any concerns. Ask about hands-free payment options to minimize further risks!
2. Drop Off appointments. Same as above, but we will hold onto your pet for as long as you need to run additional errands. You may also pre-fill out a drop-off form on our website or PetDesk app to let us know any concerns and make the process more seamless.
Finally, if you need to just pick up medications or food, call ahead (and even prepay via payment link or PayPal) and call when you arrive, we will run the product out to your car. In and out! Don’t forget that we also have an online pharmacy found through our website or PetDesk app that can keep you safe and snuggled in your home.
We have been here for more than 50 years for your pets and families; we are here now and, as always, are happy to be of assistance.
